Mindful Creations with One Life YAC

One Life Counseling Center’s Youth Advisory Council (YAC) teens will help kids create fidget toy resource boxes and friendship bracelets to take home or donate. Participants can also test their knowledge in Mental Health Jeopardy for fun prizes while learning important topics about self-care and wellbeing. This event is part of Community Service Saturday.

Target Audience: Ages 7–13 (younger siblings 5–6 welcome with parent supervision)
