“Wonders of San Carlos” Reading Project

Registration Details and Information  

In collaboration with the schools in San Carlos, teachers in the 3rd and 4th grade classrooms will do a read aloud of “The Seven Wonders of Sassafras Springs” by Betty G Birney. The book features a boy who longs to see the marvels of the world and discovers that his own small town holds wonders and adventures of its own. The project will be for students to identify the “Wonders of San Carlos”.

This event is sponsored by a grant from the City of San Carlos Centennial Committee.

Target Audience: 3rd and 4th grade classrooms in San Carlos.
