Here is a sample of what they have to offer:
- Sunday January 26 (10:30-11AM) Playtime Storytime: Come along for an active, playful family storytime. Hear new stories and get your wiggles out with the whole family. We’ll play and learn together!
- Monday January 27 (10:30-11AM) Family Storytime: Come along on an imaginary adventure for Family Storytime. Hear new stories, sing songs, and learn wiggles that the whole family can enjoy together. Songs and stories are best suited for toddlers and preschoolers. Capacity limits may apply.
- Wednesday January 29 (6-7:30PM) Uke University: A One Time Lesson for Ukulele Beginners: Have you ever wanted to play the ukulele? If so, join our beginner friendly class! We’ll start with the basics – tuning, strumming, and learning chords – and by the end, you’ll be playing your first song. It’s a relaxed, supportive space, perfect for anyone who’s just starting out. All ages are welcome!
- Friday January 31 (10:30-11AM) Baby Bounce Storytime: Centered around parent/caregiver-child interactions, this storytime is for newborns and babies up to 18 months old. Please join us for rhymes, lap bounces, singing, and a story.
- Sunday, February 2, (2:00-3:00PM) Lunar New Year Concert: Come join us in celebrating the Lunar New Year as we present a joyful, live concert performed by the Firebird Youth Chinese Orchestra! The musicians will play classic folk pieces with unique Chinese instruments. (in the 2nd floor community room).
