Family Activity Day
San Carlos, CA 94070, USASan Carlos, CA 94070, USASince its inception in 1999, the Week of the Family Committee has designated the Monday of the week as a time reserved for families to stay at home and do something specifically with their family. To show their support, when the event is not on a holiday, San Carlos principals have historically declared Monday, as a "No Homework" night.
Family Activity Day is for everyone. You are encouraged to “adopt” friends and neighbors who would enjoy an evening of family activities.

SCEF Author Event with Kate Robinson
Cannot determine address at this location.Cannot determine address at this location. We are thrilled to announce our SCEF author event with Kate Robinson, author and daughter of Sir Ken Robinson. In the years before he passed away, Sir Ken had been working on a manifesto - a short book that would pull together all of his key arguments and serve as a call to action for the education revolution he spent his life advocating for. His wish was for his daughter, Kate Robinson, to complete the book after his passing, and that it be published posthumously.
This incredible book, Imagine if... Creating A Future For Us All will be out on March 1 and is now available to preorder. We are honored to have Kate join us for a family and educator event on January 23 at 12:00 pm to talk to us about writing, love of reading, the power of imagination, and her upcoming book. We welcome participants to send in questions prior to the event for Kate. We look forward to seeing you there.
